Happy-making things that happened in the last 24 hours:

1. Failboats! at the Disco brought back the waistcoats and introduced the bowties. I AM SMITTEN. UTTERLY, UNAPOLOGETICALLY SMITTEN. BOYS. I MISSED YOU SO FREAKING MUCH!

2. I mentioned to ohohstarryeyed how I expected to see loads of stories featuring boys helping each other put on bowties and of course, since she is a star and totally awesome, she instantly wrote me a ficlet! Hurry up and go read Shake and then tell ohohstarryeyed how amazing she is!

3. Speaking of adorable boys in bands, reni_days had a "give me two numbers from 1 to 10 and a prompt" meme up this morning and I left a comment and she wrote Mikey Way and Gerard Way, bickering over the last pancake. Go read that one too because it is a delight!

4. ordinaryink posted the most amazing Disney fanart I've seen in the last year! Go make your eyes turn into stars over Silly Bear!

5. JGL said he wants to be Cupid. This is relevant to my interests because angelgazing and I have been going on about a Cupid!Arthur AU story since last November. Expect ridiculous doodles soon.

6. Inception people and harlequin girls lovers! harlequincepted is hosting its first Harlequin Challenge. Go and check it out and write me all the stories!

7. The date changed to January 24th! That means inception_bang starts today \o/

8. I ate Nutella straight from the jar.

... I've recently become a posting member of toodelicious's graphics community poisondraft (OMG! \o/ Me!!! Also, check out the community! It's full of really nice icons and graphics and fanfictions and really! Go there!).

Since I've yet to post anything there (because I'm a nervous wreck when it comes to things like that) I thought I'd post something here and wait for toodelicious's "go ahead" before ruining her fabulous community :) ETA: She said it was ok :D

Things that made me happy today:
- Morning shopping with my beffie! We chatted about everything and anything and I came home with two new lovely tees (even if what I really needed was a pair of jeans...). Pics maybe later.

- Cooking lunch singing at the top of my lungs "Mr. Blue Sky", complete with cookware drumming and hip-checking to close cabinets doors and drawers (I was in luck and didn't broke anything this time around).

- Jotting down some sketches for the prompts milenaa and saba_1789 gave me. I might have gone insane and tried to find a way to join the two prompts... My elementary teacher was right in calling me "Head of the Office for Complicating Easy Matters".

- failboatsinlove! I've waited so long for a community like this one... *flaps hands*

- I just realized I have to wait just five more days to see ( this )

- I'm almost finished with "Bitsi Tales Vol. 1" (I don't think I've ever talked about it here... It's a silly thing I'm writing for a friend of mine. Practically, I made up this 'verse set in a hive and the story revolves around Bitsi, a female ba-bee. It's very, very silly, but my friend liked the little bits I told her while I was making it up, so I'm going to put together a bounded copy for her as a gift.)

- I had the most stupid idea and convinced myself that a MakeMineMusic!AU Bandom fic would be the awesomest thing ever. Starting with "Jon Fedora and Ryan Bluebonnet". ( They live in the window of a headwear shop owned by Patrick. )

P.S. for Zelda: I've sent the dorky!Darwin thing to enaranie for a grammar check, but if you're available for anything else regarding actual writing, I'd be more than happy to send my baby to you as well :)

So.... Let's start this rambling post saying that I love memes of the "5 times/things" variety an unhealthy amount. I like reading the prompts and I enjoy even more reading what the authors come up with. The only let down is that I can't ever partecipate to those because writing fails me (even more when it's in a language that is not my own). But.
A couple of days ago milenaa asked for 5 times/things prompts and earlier she posted the response to mine (you might want to click on the link, read it, be jealous that she wrote it for me and then save it in your memories. Sorry for the smugness, but it totally deserves it). Anyway, I told her about my love for this kind of meme and that I wanted someone to invent a 5 things meme for people who can't write worth beans but are quite capable with pencils. She went all "Duh! You just did!". So, to thank her for her awesomeness at writing (and making me realize the obvious) I drew the response to her prompt.
Therefore, I hereby present you the first ever (at least to my knowledge; if you know if someone has to be credited for the idea, let me know) 5 Things Meme: The Drawing Version.

I had so much fun doing this that I decided to follow milenaa's advice and give this thing a try, so...
Give me prompts? I'm in Bandom, Harry Potter, Disney and Merlin fandoms so you'll have to ask for something from those realms and, please, keep in mind that this is an art meme, so don't prompt me with, say, "the 5 aspects of Andy's personality that Patrick can't stand" because I wouldn't even know where to bash my head. Ask for something "drawable" (I don't care if that is not even a word).
Other than that, go wild! Spread the word and tell your friends about it. I'm a friendly person so you don't have be on my flist to prompt me. :)
