Today we celebrate Epiphany, which means that la Befana flew on her broomstick yesterday night and filled stockings with candies and sugar charcoal.

Since my broomstick does not fly, I wasn't able to bring sweets to any of you, dear flist. But don't worry! I bring gifts in the form of links and icons! :D?

Well, that was fun :) It's extremely cold today so I'm off to make myself a cup of tea and then put on some Disney classics while I knit myself this hat :)

I don't want bad/sad/depressing rl stuff to ruin a happy entry so
Let's talk about nice things that makes my days a little brighter:

1. My tutor finally gave me the transfer papers! I have to meet her tomorrow to finalize my curricula and then I'll be able to do the last 20 exams and get this damn degree \o/

3. Speaking of Panic as animals, I have 600ish words of Cat!AU in a googledoc. You want an itty bitty little snippet? ( Here you go! )

And now one of you has to come forward and offer themselves as a sounding board/beta/cheerleader and HELP ME! I had to sketch scenes like a freaking storyboard because words are not my thing OK? This things keeps growing in my head but fuck if I can translate it to paper in word-form!

Also, raffie79 is an enabler who must know that ":D" and ":)" are my kryptonite. ( a rough translation of our exchange, that could be a sort-of-drabble, and what came out of it )

Now, I'm not known for my sickly sweetness, but I was cleaning my hard drive last night and I found a folder with cute pictures from VladStudio and thought, what the hell, let's make some Valentine icons for my lj friends.

I've never made icons before, so if they are horrible... well, it's not like you have to look at them, right? I just cropped, pasted, played around with saturation & friends and added some text, so.

When I was done with these, I remebered that I had some pictures saved in my "manga" folder that I hoarded since I am when I was a geeky little girl and some of them would look good in icon form, so I went and had some fun with them, too
