Random things in an even more random order! A-hem.

o1. Autumn is here! Woo! I can't wait for the air to get a little bit chillier so I can start wearing my lovely hats and skarves. Also, dry leaves! Rosted chestnuts! Hot chocolate! KNITTING! :DDD

02. Went to see Inception again today, this time with the family. It is even better the second time around! <333 While we were coming back home I asked mum what was her favourite character. It went like this:

Me: So. What's your favourite character?
Mum: The "give me a kiss" one!
Me: Arthur?
Mum: Yes! And the girl was cute too!
Me: Ariadne?
Mum: Yes, Ariadne. She has a lovely face. What's your favourite?
Me: Eames :D!
Mum: Oh, the hotass. God, those lips, uh?
Me: D:
Mum: :D

And this is why my mum is cooler than anyone else.

o3. Let's talk about Glee! Two episodes in the new season and Rachel continues to be my least favourite character. Why is she so stupidly blind? Did they actually made her even more irritating? Also, where did that blond kid from the first ep end up? I really like how he sings, can we have him back asap?

o4. My pile of books-to-read keeps getting higher. This is not really relevant to your interest, but it is to mine because it's positioned in front of my alarm clock and it's now high enough to cover the clock face. I wake up in the morning and I don't know what the time is, only that as soon as I finish Empire of Ivory I'll have to tackle Watership Down because it is thicker than Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World. My strategy, let me tell you about it!

o5. Watched RocknRolla. Twice. HI, MOVIE MADE OF MAGIC! WHERE THE F IS THE SEQUEL? Furthermore, where is the FIC? *presses play again*

o6. Mum and dad, while walking Milla, stumbled upon a litter of, and I quote, "the most adorable little kittens ever! You'd love them so much, N!". Mum followed me around the house telling me that "There is a black one with green-green eyes! It practically screams your name, N!" and dad was all "you should come with us next time so you can bring him food!" and mum chimed in with "yes! So you can pet him and see if you like each other" and at this point my heart was just ready explode with all the hope they were stuffing in it so, of course, that's when they both looked at me and said "it's just such a shame that you can't bring him home because you're the only one who like cats". Sometimes, I think they do it on purpose to make me suffer.

Oh man, I know! And I love the costumes so much! All those neckcloths and coats and hats! I was a total lurker with that fandom, but if the new movie lives up to the first, I'm pretty sure I'll have to start flailing with the rest of you...

Still, I demand Wild Bunch Shenanigans ASAP!

I don't like One Two. :P I want to see more Mumbles and Handsome Bob. :D

Urgh the COSTUMES. Holmes' black cordoroy coat that he wears to visit Blackwood's tomb is my favourite of alllll.

I find him to be a pretty funny character, I don't know why. I mean, he's kind of a douche, but I like him anyway. Mumbles is great! But. But. HANDSOME BOB. He needs a spinoff of his own. Did you watch the bit over the end credits, when there's outtakes of the slow dancing and Bob/Tom's hands keep creeping south and Gerard/One-Two has to keep yanking them back up? :D \o/ \o/ \o/ (Also, that growl....ridonkulous but still stupidly hot).

This is why I love League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, despite the overall crapness of the film. The COSTUMES, God. So so so purty.

LOLOLOLOL That clip is amazing! I always stay till the end credits stop rolling at the cinema because pixar movies taught me that the best bits are all after the movie ends :DDD (that growl! Ngl, I think that was the hottest thing ever. If I only knew how I'd set it as my "incoming text ringtone". Yes, I am that lame. Are we surprised?)

Ugh. I hated that movie like burning, but the costumes! Ngghhhh! Same thing for Wild Wild West (except that that movie also had Kevin Kline and therefore is at least 10 points ahead of LOEG)

Oooh if I had audacity I could rip it...I think I might do, actually. H'ok, so I can rip it from that file and save it as an MP3 and send it to you? What you do with it from there is up to you. :D (you're talking to the woman who has R2D2 beeping madly as her incoming text tone, and the Mos Eisley Cantina music as her phonecall tone. Used to be the Boondock Saints theme. :D)

WHY ARE ALL THE STEAMPUNK MOVIES SHIT? *pouty face of woe* See, I love Mina liek burning, and I now play her in an RP, so I do have a sneaky fondness. (Also, Stuart Townsend, replying to the sentence, "I set my wolf amongst you sheep," by looking under his lashes at the camera and purring, "Growl." GUH. GUH GUH GUH. Ha. Apparently I have a thing for men growling. Who knew. :P)

I meant to write a primer, but I got caught up watching Mark Strong movies. Archy is hands down my favorite. Closely followed by EVERYONE ELSE pretty much, but yes. ARCHY SLAP!

Oh, a primer would be FANTASTIC! DOOOO EEEEET! I found one the other day, but it was more about the possible pairings. I WANT A REAL PRIMER! With screencaps and flailing and meta!
Choosing a favourite is so hard! I'd have to say mine is Bob, but everytime someone else shows up I go "No, okay, you are my fave!".
