Hello hello! How are you on this lovely Sunday, dear flist? I am pretty fine, except that my favourite uncle lost ten bajillion points yesterday at dinner because he said Inception is the worst film he's seen this past year. MY FACE, YOU GUYS! IT WAS STUCK ON 'D:'.

Notes: drawn for wook77, who is made of utter kindness and won my offering in the First Round of help_nz. Sources say that she's working on a hockey!AU and she asked me to draw Danny and Steve as hockey players. I know absolutely nothing about hockey, apart from what the Simpsons taught me :D Anyway, Steve plays for the Phoenix Coyotes, while Danny skates with the NJ Devils.










Now, enough about my art. Let's talk about how excited I am for bandombigbang! I AM VERY EXCITED! Claiming is still a whole month away, but I am already bouncing on my chair and flapping my hands in glee! If you need cheerleading or want to spazz about BBB being practically here omg! LET'S ALL SPAZZ TOGETHER :D

Ohh... I've just read the first three parts! It looks pretty cool :D
I really like your idea! The linked-arms part will be a bit hard, I think, but I can totally give it a try! I have a couple of commissions that I have to finish first, but as soon as I complete those I'm going to tackle this like a boss!
I just hope your expectations are not very high because I never got the hang of drawing semi-serious Merlin/Arthur :\ But I promise I'll do my best! :D

As for your muse... when I'm down on ideas I walk my dog to the park (walking gets my artsy juices flowing) or pick up a fashion magazine and thumb through it :) Hope that helps bb <333

Well, I was trying to get back into the Merlin fandom ;) This gives me an excellent excuse :D

You are welcome bb *smishes* Also, aswering your other comment here: listening to music is also a good strategy to bring your muse back! There was an exercise I used to do back in art school where I put on a CD and I had to doodle something quick (just basic lines, nothing fancy) in the span of a song, one doodle per song. It works really well to catch the drawing mood you're in and what you might enjoy drawing more. As for the "drawing task"... if you want a fandom prompt, I'd say Merlin helping Arthur with his armour. If you want a more general one, something flowy, like a cloak in the wind :)
