Ah yes, I remember talking about how art has always been part of my life in some way, but the first time I knew I wanted it to be more than just a hobby was at the end of my second year in HS, just before we had to select our major for the next 3 years. There was this sort of end-year showcase and we spent the last month in a flurry of sketches and models and splatters of paint and it was all such a high; I remember thinking I wanted to do that for the rest of my life, so I scrapped the sheet with the Art History major and handed in the one for Architecture :)

Weeeell... The first time I ate Italian food would have been when I was around 26 days old and my grandpa thought it was about time I had a taste of his wine with homemade polenta. Slept like a log for 4 hours straight ;D

Ah, let me think... there's this scene in Baricco's Novecento where the main character (who is still a kid at this point) takes his place in the world he lives in with a complete disregard for common laws and rules; he just sits at his place and is. The fact that he knew already who he was and didn't want or need an outside, government-based source to make it legit made me breathe more easily all of a sudden. I think I was 15 at the time...

Slept like a log for 4 hours straight

When I was little I would never sleep. One time, my parents tried putting a tiny bit of vodka into my milk. It didn't really work, but today, vodka is hands down my favourite spirit. :D

Ahahah, I see all parents at some point try the alcohol route! Mine never tried vodka, but I'm told warm milk and whiskey was a great success :D ...and, uh, still is *clutches her Baileys bottle*

Ohh, my very first fandom was Saiyuki and my OTP was, of course, Sanzo/Goku (though, I never said no to Kougaiji/Goku. Also, I had a soft spot for Lirin). I never actively participated in it, just commented a lot, but it was a nice way to get into fandom :)

The first Panic song that made me jump the bandom fence was Lying :) the funny thing is that it was also the first Panic song I've ever heard, but I didn't know who they were back then. I saw the video once, way before I got into bandom, and thought that it was really cool, but then I forgot to check the band out :P

I started actively listening to panic right before the second album came out. And it was one of those moments when I realized that I'd known a band, but had never connected the dots between songs. or just forgot them. Like I found out that I'd been listening to fall out boy for years and had no idea when I logged into my yahoo music account thing and saw that i'd saved and favorited songs of theirs and I hadn't logged into that account for years.

Yeah, I was stumbling around late to all of my classes and accidentally buying the wrong textbooks and clocking out of work too early... I am not good at functioning while sick. i don't know why anyone let's me drive when I'm sick, because I'm pretty sure I kept trying to turn the engine on when the car was already running. which is not good.
