D: It's a fantastically fun TV show, a cooking competition between chefs, usually the high-end award winning ones. jibrailis wrote an Iron Chef!AU awhile back; that's pretty much the way the show goes (only with less hot guys and less simmering sexual tension; also Mal is much cooler than the actual chairman, who is kind of a crazy goof).
