No...not at all: I ended up spending the whole evening hanging with him Lol...he had something he called his "Pulling Dance" (pulling in the UK: word that means to hook up with someone or make out with them, often at a party or nightclub.)
He'd approach a girl at the bar (usually with me watching and trying not the burst out laughing because I knew what was coming) and do a long, and casually earnest speech about how "this was seriously, no seriously, a dangerous dance. like you could, well you won't be able to control yourself after you've seen it. You will invariably have to kiss me, it's just the power of the dance, there is nothing else you can do." at which point I'd interrupt with a "it's true, straight guys, gay girls, he's pulling everyone with this dance."
The girl usually agreed, laughing, to see the dance. At which point he start doing this crazy cross between Ricky Gervais' office dance and embarrassing dad dancing with this mad grin on his face.
He usually got a kiss for it though, so it did work XD
