This may be ridonkulously complicated but a while back (last Feb, in fact, since I was visiting sunsetmog at the time...) I spent about a day working out who I would cast as who in a bandom version of Neverending Story.
I would love, love, love, love to see Brendon as Bastian, curled under blankets, hunched over a book, reading all about Spencer, the fiercest warrior of the Horse people of the plains, trying to find a cure for the Empress Pete before the Nothing destroys Fantasia.
...mostly I just want to see a snuggly!reading!Brendon. *cough* all the rest will be happening inside my head anyway. I've got the cast equivalent written down on a billion scraps of paper somewhere...
...*hangs head* I KNOW, I KNOW. I can spend HOURS telling you about Gerard the Night Hob, dishevelled and kind of stinky, and his bat Mikey who doesn't talk much and stumbles around sleepily. And Frank the Snailrider, with his amazing racing snail Ray, and Bob the Rockcruncher, travelling across Fantasia. And how Gabe the oracle expert tries to help Spencer pass the Oracles, arguing with Vicky T the whole time.
