I decided today that I needed a chest of drawers near my desk because my art supplies were spread all over my bedroom and stashed in different places and it couldn't go on like that. I asked mum if she would be free on Saturday to give ma a lift to Ikea, she asked me why and I told her that I wanted to put some order in my room. Her answer: "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH GET IN THE CAR WE ARE GOING NOW BEFORE YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND". So, say "Hi!" to Baloo!
(Actually, its name is Expedit... but Baloo is way better, no?)
My favourite drawer is the middle one, because all my colours are there
Regarding this morning quick post, I want to have Sweet Talk's babies and spend an afternoon swinging on a hammok with Arsdiona.
bbbartists is looking for pinch-hitters. Since I'd already sent my pieces, I volunteered and they sent me another draft straight away. I read it already, but I'm not sure what I want to draw yet...
Since my art juices were slow, I took out the cat!Brendon WIP. Let's just say that now there's a cat!Spencer, too. I particularly like his bitch muzzle :) ETA: sneak peek here in the comments
My mom's response would be pretty much the same :D I want a drawer as cool as that. It's a shame the nearest IKEA is a few hours from here.

I swear, she was almost crying from the sheer joy... I'm so glad that there's an Ikea 15 minutes from home (I could even get there by bus).
I'm editing them in PS right now... I'm kinda happy with how they came out :D
I did one for each story, but there are other people who did up to six pieces! And milenaa had two stories and drew 2 pieces for each one. I'm so excited for BBB and seeing so many artists working for it fill me with glee :D I bet your superhero outfit would be cute and you would have a rockin' cape!... Damn, now I want to draw that!
I kind of love IKEA. All the affordable furniture *___* And especially awesome is that when I'm there with the family and they take forever deciding if the white or the black shelves are better, I can wait at the restaurant/cafe and get tasty french fries and all the soda I can drink! Cheap unhealthy food om nom nom :D
I'll keep refreshing my flist, I want to see them as soon as you post them :D

I love love love their restaurant/cafe! But I love more are all those little objects they sell that I can reinvent and use for my art projects :D Also, their bargain area is so awesome!

Every artist who respect a deadline is a superhero! Have you been taking lessons from milenaa? She used to compel me to do things with smiley faces... Still does, actually, AND IT TOTALLY WORKS OMG I'M A COMPLETE PUSHOVER D:. We can organize a drawing meme! The "I am a superhero!" drawing meme! We'll have to draw ourselves as superheroes and then write a little blurb! I did something like that for a friend a year or so ago: see?
