This is the first piece I completed for the challenge and if this picture came into existence it is all thanks to ohohstarryeyed, who suggested the idea of astronaut!Eames when I was uselessly flapping my hands and sobbing over my sketchbook and wandering the lands in search of ideas. You're a life saver! ♥

Can I just state how utterly charmed I am by this picture? I love the stars and space in the background and the texture of the shading and the subtle coloring. It all comes together as a beautifully serene atmosphere and then we get Eames' adorable expression and Arthur's gesture! GUUUUH, the fond longing makes me sigh, I love it so. ^__^ Indeed, a beautiful picture!
