I'm from Rome! I usually stay away from Italian food when I'm abroad because it's a well known fact that Italian cuisine is easy to mess up. I tried pasta once and then promptly looked for the nearest McDonald's. NEVER AGAIN OMG! I don't know how they could possibly think that was pasta! And I tried pizza in France and they used Kraft cheese instead of mozzarella *cries* it was horrible!
