That explains how good the room looks. I didn't know you've studied Architecture! No wait, now that I think about it you might have mentioned it in a post somewhere where most of the photos you had taken were of buildings. :D

Makes sense. I start with the character; first drawing the head, the hair, the face and then sketching as much of the body as it needs. So far I've only drawn backgrounds for the pieces that are for something other than just my own fun, but I'm trying to draw them more this year. Practise makes perfect, they say. You know, the collage idea is actually a good one. I'll have to see if that would work.

That is awesome! \o/ I can't wait to see it!! I guess it depends on the body language and the intensity of the kiss, and if they're fully-clothed or not? YAY all the same!
I'm almost ashamed by how slowly I'm working on mine. But at the same time I know that I'm not the fastest artist anyway, and this is how I usually work when I want the outcome to be extra good, so I'm mostly trying to keep focused without rushing myself too much if that makes sense. (Huh, that last sentence came out oddly corny. I blame exams! *g*) I do have high hopes for sending both pieces out on Thursday though!
